Training-Productivity Bridging Program
The objective of this program (officially called the “Programme
Tremplin Formation-Productivité,” an initiative
of the Quebec Manufacturers Association, in collaboration with municipal,
provincial and federal partners) is to improve business performance—in
particular productivity—by emphasizing added value and tailoring
employee training.
Participating SMEs stand to enjoy:
- A complete productivity diagnostic produced by HR and
productivity consultants
- A competency analysis and identification of training requirements for
positions targeted by bridging program
- Employee training proposals scaled to added value targets
- A report covering the diagnostic, competency analysis and
plans of action proposed with a view to creating or enhancing
added value
and training human resources appropriately
- Experts’ support over a 5-day period
- Inclusion of the business leader in four meetings at which all
leaders in the Bridging Program will be in attendance
- Access to a Website designed to assist business leaders in planning
and managing training
